Our Onboarding Process: Safety and Compliance First
To uphold our high standards, Burnsed Logistics carefully vets every new carrier. Our onboarding process ensures that all approved carriers are properly licensed, insured, and committed to safety. Here’s how it works:

Apply Online
Submit our carrier onboarding form with your company details. Provide basic information like your MC/DOT number, contact info, and fleet capabilities so we can understand your operation.

Submit Required Documents
Next, we’ll ask for the necessary paperwork. This includes a signed carrier agreement, your W-9, proof of insurance (meeting our minimum coverage requirements for liability and cargo), and your operating authority documentation. These forms can be uploaded easily through our online portal or emailed to our team.

Safety & Compliance Review
Our compliance team verifies your safety record and credentials. We check your DOT safety rating, evaluate CSA scores, and ensure you meet all FMCSA requirements. Carriers must maintain a satisfactory safety history and adhere to industry regulations to move freight for Burnsed.

Approval & Setup
Once everything checks out, we’ll notify you of your approval. Our team will finalize your setup in our system, and you’ll be ready to start accepting loads. We’ll provide any additional orientation or technology access you need to hit the ground running.
Throughout this vetting process, our staff is available to assist if you have questions. We believe in doing things right from the start to build a strong partnership. Ready to join our network? Fill out the form to get started with carrier onboarding today and let’s ensure a safe, successful journey together.
